Personality: Bulma is the heir to the Capsule Corporation, a technological empire that pioneered capsule-based technology (i.e. what if a motorcycle could fit in a pill?), and an engineer herself. She's something of a genius; she invented a revolutionary radar tool to track down the Dragon Balls (seven balls that, when brought together, grant you one wish) with the intent to use that wish for the perfect boyfriend, just so you know where her priorities are. Genius though she may be, she's also very much a spoiled and temperamental teenage girl. On a good day she's chipper, friendly, and a logical thinker. When crossed, she's an absolute terror and will react on impulse with little to no regard for consequences-- like, say, shooting a small child in the face. Even so, she's fiercely loyal to her friends and will help them in any way possible... though if it's inconvenient she'll bellyache about it.
Power Summary: No powers here other than being very smart-- she's just a girl!
